Meet Daan Littley, our new Customer Success Manager!

We’re excited to welcome Daan Littley to the Madaster team as our new Strategic Customer Success Manager. With over seven years of experience, Daan brings a passion for building strong partnerships and helping customers real their maximum potential from the solutions they use.  

A bit about Daan

Daan has built his career around enhancing customer experience, improving processes, and creating long-term growth. He thrives at the intersection of data-driven insights and relationship-building, ensuring that clients are set up for success at every stage of their journey. 

Collaboration is at the heart of how he works. He loves finding opportunities and connections between teams to improve efficiency, drive adoption, and make sure customers see the impact of their investment quickly.

Daan’s background and experience

In previous roles, Daan has gained valuable expertise in UX/UI insights, product adoption, and customer onboarding – all key areas that will help him accelerate value for Madaster’s clients.

He’s particularly interested in working with real estate, infrastructure, consultants, and manufacturers, and is eager to explore how different customer groups can benefit from new features, events, and community moments.

Life outside work

When he’s not supporting customers, Daan loves spending time with his family. His hobbies are as diverse as his skills: from nature and sports to art and creative projects, he draws inspiration from many places.

“Being curious and creative outside of work keeps me open to fresh perspectives and new ideas in the office.”

Looking ahead

In his new role, Daan will help Madaster customers make the most of our platform, proactively offering solutions that meet their needs. His main goal is to strengthen relationships, support innovation, and create meaningful impact by helping clients achieve their sustainability goals.
