About the role

At Madaster, we’re on a mission to make the built environment circular by turning buildings into material banks. Our platform helps real estate professionals track the materials inside their assets, understand their impact, and make smarter, more sustainable decisions.

As our Customer Success & Operations Coordinator, you’ll be part of the team that brings this to life for our users. You’ll ensure customers are smoothly onboarded, well-supported, and empowered to get the most out of the platform. Whether you’re scheduling sessions, coordinating content, or capturing insights — you’ll be the behind-the-scenes force keeping everything running.

Your work won’t just support customers — it will also shape our product. The feedback you help collect and organise will guide product, policy, and circularity decisions that move the industry forward.

This is an ideal entry point into the world of circularity, sustainability tech, and digital transformation — with lots of room to learn, grow, and make a real impact.

Your Responsibilities

Customer Operations & Coordination

  • Schedule onboarding sessions, trainings, and customer roundtables
  • Support retention and reactivation campaigns
  • Track and organise user feedback — and connect it to product improvements

Content & Education Support

  • Update onboarding templates, guides, and documentation
  • Help make tools and trainings more clear and user-friendly
  • Coordinate webinars, platform updates, and other learning content
  • Keep our internal resources organised and accessible

Cross-Team Collaboration & Growth

  • Work closely with the Strategic CSM, CX Lead, and working students
  • Shadow customer calls and internal sessions — and take on your own projects
  • Own small-but-mighty initiatives like customer tracking or survey analysis
  • Be part of a team that values clarity, iteration, and impact

  • Are fluent in English (Dutch or French is a big plus!)
