Thomas Rau, a multidisciplinary team from Deloitte in collaboration with eight large Dutch real estate owners have investigated the financial effects of integrating the reuse value of materials in real estate business cases. This research has shown that insight into the reuse value through Madaster’s material passports may make circular business cases more feasible and can have a positive impact on investment decisions.
